Age Group World Rankings Update

The inaugural AbbottWMM Wanda Age Group World Rankings came to a close on 29 September 2019 at the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON.

Invites for qualified athletes to the 2020 AbbottWMM Wanda Age Group World Championships will be sent next week(the week beginning October 7 2019).

IMPORTANT: If you are in a qualifying position in your age group or you are the highest scoring male or female from your nation,but DO NOT have a profile on our website, we will NOT be able to send you an invite and you will miss your chance to compete in the event.

STEP 3: Claim any rankings results that do not automatically appear in your profile.

Places allocation

In addition to the allocation of places outlined above, 300 places have been set aside for the highest-scoring male and female athlete from each nation represented in the rankings, but these athletes can only be invited if they have profiles on AbbottWMM.com

The final set of results have now beenuploaded into the rankings.

Athletes will have until 2359 UK time on October 5 to register on AbbottWMM.com and claim any results belonging to them from Series XII events. Points can be claimedherewhere you can search by race, name, gender and age group.

After 2359 UK time on October 5, the rankings will be recalculated for a final time for the series, and any results claims or disputes submitted after that time will not be processed and will not be included in the final Series XII standings.

Following the final recalculation of the rankings, athletes with verified profiles who are in qualifying positions will receive an email inviting them to enter the 2020 AbbottWMM Wanda Age Group World Championships, with a link to the entry system.

IMPORTANT: If you are in a qualifying position in your age group or you are the highest scoring male or female from your nation,but DO NOT have a profile on our website, we will NOT be able to send you an invite and you will miss your chance to compete in the event.

This invitation email will clearly state the deadline by which you will need to complete your entry. Once this deadline passes you will not be able to take up your place and it will be offered to the next qualified athlete in your category.

REMINDER: You must have a verified profile on AbbottWMM.com in order to receive an invite.
